💳 Subscription Management

You can view, upgrade, or cancel your current plan from the Settings > Billing page. Payments are made via our secure infrastructure (Paddle).

🪙 What are Credits?

Credits are used for 'consumable' AI services such as AI Translation, Voice Response Transcription. When your plan renews every month, your credits are also reset and reloaded.

🔒 Account Security

You can use Profile settings to update your password or delete your account completely. When the account is deleted, all your data is permanently destroyed (GDPR compliant).
